How to Win Door Prizes

• Visit the exhibitors during the LCECS. Each exhibitor has a scanner and will scan your name tag when you visit them.

• Your name will be entered into the selection pool each time your name tag is scanned by an exhibitor. For example, if ten exhibitors scan your name tag, you have 10 chances for your name to be selected for the door prizes. Exhibitors can only scan your name once over both days. Having the same exhibitor scan your name tag multiple times will only result in one door prize entry and not multiple entries. Please note that Exhibitors, Host members, Staff, and Students are not eligible for door prizes.

• Exhibitors are available to scan name tags in the mornings before sessions start, during each morning break, on Wednesday’s afternoon break, and during Wednesday’s Ice Breaker (until 5:30).

• The winner will have to be present to receive the prize. If a name is selected on Thursday of a person who only attends on Wednesday, we will draw another name for that door prize.

• Selections will be held on Wednesday (9/17) at 5:45 and on Thursday (9/18) during the Afternoon Break at 3 pm. Exhibitor-donated prizes will be selected first, followed by the LCECS door prizes, with the 2 Grand prizes being selected last.
